Job Duties: Duties include all general operative duties involved at a tier 1 level operative role in the production of a premium thread. This includes monitoring machines, completing checks, doffing product ready for inspection and distribution. Must be able to follow procedures and adhere to health and safety procedures. Career progression available.
Working hours - 4 weekly rotating shift pattern - 12 hours shifts 8.00 - 20.00 / 20.00 - 08.00
Week 1 Fri - Mon nights
Week 2 Fri - Sun days
Week 3 Tues - Thurs nights
Week 4 Mon Thurs days (off until following Fri night)
Qualifications/Experience:
Essential: Age 18 or above. Evidence of good verbal and written communication skills to fulfil Health & Safety aspects of the role. Punctual, reliable & good attendance. You will be given extensive training to complete the role in a highly conscious safety environment.
Desirable: GCSE Maths, English & Science grade C or above
Other Information: Paid Fortnightly, overtime paid at time and a half once fully trained, double time paid for working bank holidays. Uniform supplied & free Parking. Canteen on Site.
